We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
All content and materials included in the Services (including software, design, text, audio, graphics, and logos) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
AudiobookHub provides access to audio content under the following principles:
Full-length audiobooks available on the Services are limited to literary works that are believed to be in the public domain under applicable copyright laws. Availability of specific works may vary by region based on local copyright regulations. We do not guarantee availability of any specific title in all jurisdictions.
For contemporary or bestselling titles, AudiobookHub provides summaries, analyses, and commentary only, primarily focused on non-fiction works. These summaries are transformative in nature and are not substitutes for the original books. We do not provide full text, full narration, or verbatim reproductions of copyrighted books unless expressly licensed.
Certain subscription plans may include access to limited custom or on-demand audiobook creation features. Any such requests are subject to copyright eligibility, content availability, and internal review, and may be limited to public-domain works or other content the Company is legally permitted to produce. The Company reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline any request at its sole discretion.
Access to audio content does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights. All rights remain with their respective owners.

Purchases made through Apple In-App Purchases and purchases made on the website are separate transactions and are not transferable between platforms unless explicitly stated.
The Services may include third-party services (such as analytics or payment providers). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
