The Meta and TikTok SDKs are used so that we can measure the effectiveness of advertising we run on those platforms; under U.S. state privacy laws (including California) this activity may be considered "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising." You can opt out by declining the App Tracking Transparency permission prompt the first time you launch the app, or at any time from iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → AudiobookHub. When tracking is declined, the app does not pass identifiers used for cross-app/site advertising to these SDKs.

Specifically, the iOS app declares collection of the following data categories: email address, user identifier, device identifier, purchase history, customer support communications, product interactions, advertising data, crash data, and performance data. Some of this data (device identifier, product interactions, advertising data) is used for measuring the effectiveness of our advertising on third-party platforms and is therefore declared as "Used to Track You" in App Store Connect. Tracking is only enabled when you grant the App Tracking Transparency permission.
