Privacy Choices

This page explains your privacy choices for AudiobookHub and how to manage them.

1) Access, Delete, or Correct Your Information

You may request to:

• Access a copy of your personal information we have.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention obligations).

To submit a request, email alexwang@audiobookhub.net with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include:

• The email associated with your account (if any)
• Your request type (Access / Delete / Correct)
• Any relevant details to help us locate the information

We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

2) Account Deletion (Mobile Apps)

If our mobile app supports account creation, you will be able to initiate account deletion from the app's Settings/Account area when our app is available.

3) Cookies & Analytics Choices (Website)

• You can control cookies through your browser settings.
• We use Google Analytics. You can opt out using Google's add-on:

4) California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and (if applicable) opt out of sale/share of personal information. To exercise these rights, email alexwang@audiobookhub.net with the subject line "California Privacy Request."

Sale/Share: We do not sell personal information. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5) Subscription Management (When Available)

A) iOS In-App Subscriptions (Apple)

Apple subscriptions are managed through your Apple account:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap your name
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select the subscription
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you signed up for a free trial and don't want to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

B) Website Subscriptions (PayPal)

If you purchased a subscription on our website via PayPal, you can manage/cancel it through your PayPal subscription settings, or contact us at alexwang@audiobookhub.net for help.
