Description

As Hap begins to change, he draws the gaze of the Authority, whose agents arrive aboard a flying leviathan and burn Victor’s home to ash. With Gio taken, Victor must cross the world to the City of Electric Dreams, navigating predatory machines, deception, and a glittering vice pyramid called Heaven.
