About the Author: Dominique Antiglio

Dominique Antiglio is a Swiss-born sophrologist and osteopath who took up the practice of sophrology at the age of 15 to overcome serious health issues. She gained a masters degree in Caycedian sophrology in 2006, after studying in Spain with the founder of the method, Professor Alfonso Caycedo. In 2011, she established a leading sophrology clinic, BeSophro, in London.
